All Tatau Fit products are made on demand and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners, Printful and Printify. This means your order is created especially for you after you place it.

Production Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfilment partner processing your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at tataufit.athleisure@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Sizing

To help you find the perfect fit, please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order. We recommend checking measurements carefully as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.
